Admissions Checklist
To be considered for admission to the ERC, applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Ecclesiastical Reference: A reference from an ordained minister.
- Post-Secondary Transcripts: Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. These must be sent directly to the ERC.
- Language Proficiency (for ESL students): Applicants whose first language is not English must submit proof of proficiency through a TOEFL score of at least 85 or an IELTS score of at least 6.5. Test results must be sent directly to the ERC: [email protected].
- Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $50.

- Verify Degree Entrance Requirements: Ensure you meet the necessary academic qualifications for your desired program.
- Demonstrate Language Proficiency.
- Complete Application Form: Please contact our registrar ([email protected]) to receive the application form
- Submit Your Application: Fill out the application form and send all required documents to: [email protected].
Application Deadline
All application materials must be received by June 30th for consideration for admission in September of the same year.
Financial Information
All fees are payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate throughout the year, potentially affecting the total cost of your education.
The tuition fee for each individual course within the Certificate Program is $450 per semester. For students enrolling in all five courses concurrently, a reduced combined tuition rate of $2,000 per semester is offered.
